Interim and Project Management

I am  an experienced senior operational and project manager in social care and housing – in strategic commissioning and service provision. I  have recent experience of managing complex change management projects. My skills lie in project management, communication and handling complex and sensitive issues. I am good at making things happen and adapt fast to new surroundings at all levels in an organisation.

  • Transfer of a registered care learning disability service into the independent sector

  • Review and closure of a registered care service for older people with dementia
  • Support to a review of respite care services for a major national charity
  • Chair of a mental health care and support provider
  • Review of an Integrated Community Equipment Service (ICES)
  • Review of a local respite service for people with long term conditions.
  • Development of supported housing for vulnerable adults

I am also experienced in setting up systems for engaging and involving people who use services together with their families. This includes engaging and involving staff together with specialist HR and line management colleagues. I am committed to engaging and involving all stakeholders affected by major change projects in a way which ensures that the final outcome is consistent with the national direction and the wider government agenda.
